Your SAHARO HAUS welcome

Before your
appointment.

Your SAHARO HAUS appointment is coming up. I’m Hannah, and I look forward to welcoming you into the HAUS. Your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you: time to settle in, feel heard, and explore a lash design that feels like you.

A few thoughtful steps before your visit help me prepare for your initial consultation. Complete any outstanding intake forms and waivers, send your three inspiration photos and frontal selfie, and arrive ready to get comfortable. We’ll discuss the details together when you arrive.

With care, Hannah

Your preparation checklist ↓

01 / Before your visit

Complete your intake.

Please complete any outstanding pre-appointment intake forms and waivers before arriving, if you have not already done so. This helps me understand your preferences, previous lash experiences, and any service-relevant concerns ahead of your consultation.

Use the intake link provided for your appointment. If you have not received it or cannot open it, reply to your appointment text and ask me to resend it.

02 / Your initial consultation

Send your inspiration
and a frontal photo.

Reply directly to the appointment text you receive from SAHARO HAUS with three inspiration photos and one clear, straight-on frontal selfie. Let me know what you like about each inspiration image: the shape, softness, fullness, length, or texture.

Your frontal photo supports facial and eye-feature analysis for cosmetic lash design before your initial consultation. Follow these steps:

  1. Face natural light. Stand facing a window in even daylight. Avoid direct sun, strong shadows, and light shining from behind you.
  2. Keep the camera at eye level. Hold it directly in front of you, not above or below. Keep your head upright and shoulders facing forward.
  3. Show your whole face. Include your forehead, both eyes, and chin. Move hair away from your face and remove glasses.
  4. Keep your expression relaxed. Look straight at the lens with both eyes naturally open. Avoid tilting your head, raising your brows, or squinting.
  5. Use an unfiltered image. Turn off beauty filters, face reshaping, and portrait blur. Avoid an ultrawide close-up; step back enough to keep your features in proportion.
  6. Keep the eye area visible. Take the photo without eye makeup or strip lashes when possible. If you already wear extensions, leave them in place and tell me; do not remove them yourself for the photo.

These photos help start our conversation. We’ll confirm the design in person after reviewing your preferences and natural lashes. Share them in your appointment text thread, rather than a public comment. If the message will not accept replies or photos, contact me through the booking page for help.

03 / Settle in

Come comfortably.

Your service takes place in a zero-gravity lash chair. Comfortable clothing is preferred so you can settle into your appointment with ease.

Shoes must be removed before you settle into the lash chair. You are welcome to wear or bring clean socks for comfort. Let me know before your visit if you need assistance removing shoes or have positioning needs.

Avoid bulky hair accessories at the back of your head if they make reclining uncomfortable. Prefer a quiet appointment? Tell me when you arrive; you are welcome to rest.

04 / Appointment day

A little preparation.
A thoughtful welcome.

  • Arrive with completely clean, product-free lashes. Avoid mascara, strip-lash adhesive, oils, and heavy eye makeup around the eyes.
  • Arrive on time. Check your confirmation for your appointment date and time, and text me once you have parked.
  • Please come alone. Children and additional guests cannot be accommodated.
  • Choose comfort. Wear comfortable clothing that is free from cigarette or vape smoke. Be prepared to remove your shoes before settling into the zero-gravity lash chair.
  • Consider how caffeine affects you. Avoid it beforehand if it makes you restless or causes eye movement.
  • Plan enough time. Allow approximately three hours for your initial full-set appointment. For fills or other services, refer to the duration in your booking confirmation.

If you wear contacts, bring your glasses and contact case so you can remove them before service. Tell me beforehand about any current eye irritation, recent eye procedure, or previous reaction to lash products.

05 / Find your way to the HAUS

I’ll meet you in the lobby.

Text me when you arrive and have parked. You are welcome to come inside and wait for me in the Injectify lobby. Feel free to snap a cute mirror photo while you wait. I’ll come out to greet you.
